International Delivery

Purchase of products and services will be entertained at any time on this website. Processing of orders takes place during working hours only.  Orders will be approved within 48 working hours. Delivery will be made as possible.

We ship worldwide! The following flat rate delivery charges apply to all orders. Delivery times vary from 4-8 working days for Courier Mail and 7-14 working days for Regular Mail. A flat shipping rate of $10 per order. Courier rate is 40 USD.The product details, order amount and shipping charges will be displayed.


Orders above 300 USD will be sent via courier.

Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees that are collected from your country before you place the order, Our company  will not be responsible for any of the above Duties and Fees. Please check whether your products are legally permitted in your country before you place an order, Our company will not be responsible in the event the requested products are detained or confiscated by foreign customs.

Please allow 3-5 working days for any orders placed during a public holiday/sales period to be dispatched.

In case of any delay in order delivery, please follow the below procedure.

Kindly contact our support in case your purchased order has not been delivered within 7 days from the expected delivery date. An inquiry will be conducted to find the reason for the delay. The website will resend an order if the delay has been our responsibility.

Please do inform the support in case of any defective products.

Refund Policy

Purchase of products and services subject to its availability. In the event of out-of-stock products, the payment processed for the order will be refunded. Refunds take place through the original method of payment only.

From the date of confirmation, the refund amount will be transferred within 10 working days. Please do not expect the payment earlier than 24 h. days from the refund confirmation. The refund amount can be transferred to the customer’s MasterCard or VISA. The amount may also be remitted to customer’s bank account. Refunds are not available in cash.

Refund amount will not include the order’s shopping charges. Any handling costs and shipping charges mentioned in the sales invoice will not be refunded.

In case of order returns, you are requested to bear the shipping charges. The order must be sent in its original condition. If there are any damages, you will be held responsible for the damages.


Return Policy
The goods can be returned if in 4 weeks after the order was made. The goods should be shipped to our address suppliers address  ERIDA PTE. LTD., 176 JOO CHIAT ROAD #02-02 SINGAPORE , 427447.

  • -if the package wad damaged or opened.

  • - if the product was not as described.

You can get the replacement or the money back in any case mentioned above. The replacement will be sent in 2 weeks after the request was received from you. The refund will be made in 5-7 days. Refunds will require maximum 30 days to be remitted to your payment account, subject to the policies followed by your bank. The funds will be refunded to the same bank card that was used by the client for payment for the canceled order.
You can return the products partially. The terms for partial replacement and partial refund are the same as for the full one. 
The order can be canceled partially in 24 h. After  the order was sent partial cancellation is impossible. In case of your order already dispatched, the return policy will come into effect and you will have to send back the order after it will be delivered to you.
