Each two-vegetarian capsule serving of Alpha-Actin contains 500 mg hops (Humulus lupulus) cone extract supplying 30%) alpha and iso-alpha acids. 2 capsules are also fortified with enzymes: 200 mg of bromelain and 75 mg papain. And herbs with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties: 100 mg of white willow and 50 mg each of ginger root and turmeric root.
