Allergy Research Phosphatidylserine provides 100mg Phosphatidylserine, a phospholipid contained in cell membranes. It is a less plentiful component of lecithin than phosphatidylcholine. Studies have shown that it is involved with cognitive and memory function. It is extracted from soy lecithin with the aid of a cabbage enzyme.
As a dietary supplement, one (1) soft gel three times daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
